Dining Dossier
Every meal worked out before you land.
For most travelers, finding a great restaurant is part of the fun. With food allergies, it's the part that takes hours — menus in another language, emails to kitchens, and still not knowing until you sit down. I do that research for you, contact the restaurants directly, and hand you a dossier you can trust.
What's included
Restaurants, bakeries, cafes and grab-and-go spots chosen for your specific allergies
Notes on how each kitchen handles your allergens and cross-contact
Reservations made for you where possible, with your allergen profile shared in advance
Everything on a map with my notes, plus nearby grocery stores, pharmacies and hospitals
A chef card in the local language
How it works
Reserve your dossier. A deposit holds my research time while we finalize your itinerary.
Complete your dining profile. How each allergy should be described, safe foods, dislikes, and anything you're hoping to try.
I research and contact. I reach out to restaurants directly about their kitchens, prep areas and protocols.
I book and brief. Where possible, I make your reservations and send your allergen profile ahead.
Receive your dossier. Delivered about four weeks before departure, ready on your phone.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy a Dining Dossier without full trip design?
Not at this time — the research depends on knowing exactly where you'll be each day.
What if a restaurant changes its menu?
Menus change with the seasons, so I'll note what to confirm on arrival. Always tell your server about your allergies, even when it's been arranged ahead.
Where do you offer Dining Dossiers?
Most often Europe, New England and the destinations of my luxury cruises — ask me about your specific destination.
